I replaced my 20+ year old heating pad with this one. It heats up quickly and works well. My only complaint is they don't make things like they used to. The pad itself is much thinner and has a tendency to curl up or roll on the edges. Other than that, I am satisfied.

I have purchased this heating pad for my knee joint. But it is not working satisfactorily. The reasons are as follows: 1-it does not get worm enough even if you set it to its maximum limit. 2- It does not maintain the temperature for long time ( not even constantly for 5 min..!!). 3- you cant tie it around the affected area as it does not have any provision to do so. i am not very satisfied !

My daughter uses this once a month for pain through you know what and it really helps her. This blanket, an advil and she is doing so much better in just 1/2 hour.

I'm using this as a heater for my home brew fermentation chamber, and it has been quite effective. I've set it up with the JC to control the temperature, and have it taped to the side of a small chest freezer. I wanted one without the auto shut-off, and so this works great.

It was difficult to find a heating pad that did not shut off after 2 hours so I searched the web for one and was very pleased when I found this merchant...the cost was reasonable also.
