Alex Said: Horrible! I've had the original and the replacement break on me. ( Oct. 31st 2009 )
Looked up this item online, and many others have had the same problem. The thing works for a while and then the red light will start blinking for no reason and that's the end of the heating pad. Avoid this like the plague! I'm now looking for a non-Sunbeam replacement.
Sadie Said: A nice product, but there's one little problem... ( Oct. 25th 2009 )
This heating pad is small, soft and provides a warm, cozy, and well rounded spread of heat. It has four settings that can be applied with a one button remote control that go from warm to low, med and high levels of heat. After a fixed period of time, the heat switches off. My family and I have been using it for a couple years now and it's still working very well, especially for cramps and aches. The heat settings are not really all that different from each other, but there all very comfortable. It's a very good product, obviously designed with care. My reason for lowering the grade a star is a bit strange, I think. When I leave the blanket turned off but still plugged into the wall, I find that the remote control for the heat levels stays warm to the touch. It makes me uncomfortable and it's kinda inconvenient because I feel compelled to unplug the thing from the wall before leaving the room for long periods of time. It's paranoia, no doubt, but I don't like feeling nervous about a comforting little device. But overall recommend, just with a small caveat.
Regina Crittendon Said: Dont waste your money!!! ( Oct. 23rd 2009 )
I received this and it is very small though called "king" size. I would hate to see "small"...anyway this barely got warm. I could not believe how hot it "didn't" get. I mailed this back to amazon for a refund. If you need a "hot" heating pad this is not it.
HWJ3 Said: A great heating pad ( May. 6th 2009 )
The whole family loves it. Satisfied customers. Takes off the chill when you are sick. Warms up the joints. Very helpful.

Works great, gets warm but not too hot. Auto shut off (2 hr) is nice also.
